5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods, including:

  • Standard Delivery: This is our default delivery method for most orders.

  • Express Delivery: For quicker deliveries, express delivery is available, depending on the product and your location.

  • Local Pickup: If you are located near The Yard in Doonan you can pickup from the site during opening hours.
     

5.2 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the products are delivered to the address you provided. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
 

5.3 Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the goods with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and arrange for either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • If any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 1 day of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
     

5.4 Delivery to Remote Areas

While we deliver across Australia, certain remote or regional areas may have longer delivery times and higher delivery costs. Please note that some products may not be available for delivery to certain locations.
